About

Dr. Feingold's research concerns biological and ecological properties of coral reefs, coral communities and coral-associated organisms of the Eastern Pacific and Caribbean. Ongoing investigations focus upon distribution and abundance of free-living coral assemblages. In particular he has studied ecological responses of coral communities to El Niño impacts and subsequent long-term coral recovery, distribution and abundance of fungiid corals, descriptive ecology of coral communities, coral disease, and coral reproduction.
