About

Dr. Teng Li is a legal historian with research interests in the rule of law, legal profession, and the interactions between property rights and political rights. She received her JD and PhD from Northwestern University, where she produced a dissertation discussing judicial autonomy in Northeastern China and Taiwan after the Second World War. Before joining Nova Southeastern University, she taught at the University of Portland.
