Urszula Strawinska-Zanko, Ph.D., is a social psychologist whose research interests focus on applications of dynamical systems theory to social sciences, specifically, on the dynamics of interpersonal conflict and social and psychological factors in intra-personal, inter-personal, and group processes. She is also interested in social aspects of new technologies.

Dr. Strawinska-Zanko is a devoted teacher, passionate scholar, and experienced educator for new learning technologies and has taught on campus and online undergraduate and graduate courses in Social Psychology, Dynamical Systems, Information Technology, and Research Methods. Currently teaching: Quantitative Research, Online Dispute Resolution, Human Factors, Systems Design, Organizational Conflict.
